Life got you down and you don’t know what to do?! No need to stress or think negatively…I have a simple and easy solution for the improvement of your life from this day forth. I know you wait in anticipation right?! have to promise me ONE thing…that you will go do what I am about to say as soon as you read it, deal?! OK. great! Let’s go!

Go stand in the mirror right now…look at yourself and say the following aloud with happy feelings :-):

I am beautiful or handsome! (state your name) look great and I love you sooo much just the way you are!  (State your name) you were born for a purpose and this test is a test of your response…today you will respond positively, think positive, act positive and share positivity. Life is great! I am thankful for my abundance of good health and wealth. I am grateful for my family and I love them all just the way they are!

Great Job! Now smile and let that feeling continue until it is time to refuel again…

This is not necessarily a prayer because its purpose is to feed your inner soul, not a higher power. There is no limit to how many times a day you can say it and I encourage it often. Teach others how to do it also!

*Make sticky notes or post its of these affirmations around your house and job for a reminder of how to remain positive in any situation, it may seem fake or like you are lying to yourself..but just believe and watch how things begin to change!

I am a 37 year old Mother of 4, friend, relative, entrepreneur and consultant. I have a vibrant spirit and an increasing quest for knowledge, truth and overstanding. I love being social, creative and helpful. I enjoy meaningful conversations and family outings. Positive people make me happy, people who are curious about the world around them, make me happy. People who are ignorant to the understanding of themselves and refuse to think independently pose a challenge, however my life purpose is to deliver these messages without prejudice and that is what I am here to do. I love working with teens and young mothers and enjoy teaching goal setting and self-confidence classes in my community. I feel my best when I am helping others, what makes you feel your best?!
